  • 2004 - B. Bell was recognized by City of Houston’s Mayor Bill White and Mayor Lee Brown for community involvement in developing the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Statue at the Rose Garden of Hermann Park
  • 1995 - Recognized for Bell’s voluntary construction management for the construction of a community activity center, Guaranga Hall at ISKCON, inaugurated by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee
